For a camera-ready version of the accepted paper, the author must the following: submit the camera-ready paper (PDF format) through EDAS, submit the revision form through email (icosica@apps.ipb.ac.id), and fill in the IEEE copyright material through EDAS by August 17th, 2020. Afterwards, the author must proceed to conference registration and register as a presenter in the following form by August 24th, 2020.
Camera Ready Version
- To ensure proper formatting of your paper, please use the style files for A4 paper size format available at IEEE Paper Templates in Ms.Word & Latex (ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html)
- Please use a two-column conference-style paper format, between 4 to 6 pages. Extra pages up to 8 pages are allowed with an additional charge.
- The paper for review must be submitted in a DOUBLE-BLIND manner. Please omit author name from the drafts.
- IMPORTANT: We recommend authors to convert the PDF using PDF Xpress to avoid trouble when submitting through EDAS.
- Please send the camera-ready version through EDAS by August 17th, 2020.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site (https://www.pdf-express.org/)
- First-time users should do the following:
- Select “New Users – Click Here” link
- Enter the following:
a. 49951X for the Conference ID
b. Your email address
c. A password - Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Revision Form
- Please kindly put your feedback to reviewer comments using the following form (icosica.apps.cs.ipb.ac.id/revision-form-icosica-2020).
- Please send the revision through our email icosica@apps.ipb.ac.id by August 17th, 2020. Please put the paper ID in the email subject. Example: [#123456] Revision Form.
IEEE Copyright Transfer
- We also kindly ask you to sign the electronic Copyright Form via the (c) link in the My Papers tab.
- Please refer to https://edas.info/doc/copyright.html for further information. The process will redirect you to the IEEE Website.
- Please fill the copyright transform form by August 17th, 2020

Publication
- Papers submitted to ICOSICA 2020, and are accepted and presented in ICOSICA 2020, will be submitted to IEEE for the purpose of publication in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.

No-Show Policy
The IEEE has implemented policies to exclude authors who do not present their paper from further distribution of their publication, such as exclusion from IEEE Xplore. Such papers will be archived at IEEE but will not be indexed or appear in IEEE Xplore.
